The School Family Experience at St. Matthew School
Each St. Matthew School student is part of a School Family, a multi-age group that includes students from pre-kindergarten to grade 8.
Multi-age families develop the older students as mentors and leaders and help the younger students develop relationships.
School Families attend Mass together, have lunch together each month and compete in our annual Junior Olympics as a team. We also have regular buddies like kindergarten and 4th grade reading buddies, and kindergarten and 8th grade buddies.
