How to Apply for Financial Aid

Prepare Documents.
Have these items ready before you apply:
- Tax returns of both parents
- Copies of all current W-2 Wage and Tax Statements
- Credit or debit card to pay the $35 application fee

Apply Online
Follow these instructions:
- Select Sign In if you have an account
(St. Matthew School families already have an account)
or
- Create an Account if you do not have one.
- Select the 2024-2025 year
- Select View Application
- Enter family and income information
- Select Yes for Are you applying for Fulcrum Foundation tuition assistance?

Complete Application
by December 31, 2023
Decisions will be mailed to you directly from theFulcrum Foundation.
