Volunteer Hours
Thank you for the gift of your time!
We could not do everything we do without your volunteer hours. Every volunteer is responsible for tracking their own volunteer hours.
Tracking Sheets are due by email or paper to the office by June 1, 2022.
Volunteer Hours tracking forms are below.
Please email your tracking sheet to [email protected].
Revised Volunteer Requirement for 2020-2021 Year:
20 Hours for 2-Parent Families
10 Hours for Single Parent Families
A contract requirement of all Kindergarten to Grade 8 families is to support the school by volunteering during activities or events.
The requirement is usually 40 hours per year for 2 parent families and 20 hours for single parent families.
Many of our activities this year been modified or cancelled, but we still rely on our parents to support our school. Because of these changes, the requirement for the 2021-2022 school year has been reduced.
Tracking sheets are due by June 1.
Families will be charged $20 per hour for each hour they do not complete.
Bills will be sent through FACTS on June 5 and payment will be due on June 15.
